THURSDAY, OCTOBER 18, We Six takes the stage for its season opener at the Wisconsin Conservatory of Music, with Paul, pianist and jazz department chair Mark Davis, trumpeter Eric Jacobson, bassist Jeff Hamann, and drummer David Bayles, and this time special guest percussionist Bony Plog-Benavides, to explore the Latin jazz side of great bebop composers like Dizzy Gillespie, Charlie Parker, and Barry Harris.
