Bossa/Samba Night at the Jazz Estate, Milwaukee, WI

On THURSDAY, MARCH 28, trumpeter Eric Jacobson is joined by good friends Paul on guitar, Clay Schaub on bass, Bony Plog-Benavides on percussion, and Dave Bayles on drums to deliver a tasty selection of Brazilian gems, from the likes of great Bossa Nova composers Antonio Carlos Jobim and Luis Bonfa. Following the quintet will be Milwaukee’s own high energy Samba Unit – there will be dancing in the aisles (or between the tables, as it were, at this joint). This was an exciting event last time around, and promises to be every bit as much so on this occasion!
